Brown leather journal with blind tooled decoration - The Eye of the Universe

This medium size journal is bound in brown leather, hand dyed so that the shades and differences of texture are part of its nature. I designed it to have an occult look, magic and mysterious. Some accents were painted by hand to add a bit of contrast to the symbols. The cover features an astrological theme, with the zodiac symbols circled around the Eye of the Universe. The background is filled with dots and stars to suggest the vault of the sky.
The book measures 4.7 x 6.3 inches (12 x 16 cm). It is filled with Conqueror laid cream paper and has 180 pages (360 sides). The paper is hand thorn, acid free and has a ribbed texture created to guide handwriting. This quality paper it will hold well ink and dry media.
The headbands are hand sewn with gold and green colored threads. The endpapers are made of marbled paper with red, green and brown veins.
