Leather journal with floral decoration. Romantic diary. "Lavander fields"

This journal is bound in greyish violet leather with a hand painted marbled texture and decorated with floral details. I choose a romantic theme and a subtle chromatic harmony, between the leather, the decoration and the darker antiqued finish. This journal is about romance, feelings and beautiful ever lasting memories.

The notebook measures 6x8.3 inches (15 x 21 cm), has 150 pages (300 sides) and is filled with Favini Shiro Alga paper, an ecological paper produced from algae in Venice Lagoon. The seaweed particles are visible on the surface to give a unique natural look and its ivory color makes it fit perfectly the overall old feel of this book. The paper is hand torn, has 120 gsm, and it will hold well ink, dip pens, gel and ball pens, markers and any dry media. 

The end pages are made of beautiful hand marbled paper in tones of brown and grey. The headbands are hand sewn from silver and purple silk thread.

There were two journals made with this design but being hand dyed the marbled texture will be slightly different, so please note when you purchase it, some differences can exist between the photos and the journal you will receive. Nevertheless both copies are very similar and equally beautiful!
