Brown leather journal with tooled floral decoration . Romantic Journey

This romantic journal is bound in natural leather, handtooled and hand painted with antique finish. The cover was decorated with botanical leaf motifs and resemble as if it would belong to another era in time. The decoration was made with heated brass tools, each small element at a time. 

The book measures 10.2 x 7.3 inches (26 x 18.5 cm). It is filled with Modigliani artist paper and has 136 pages (272 sides). This paper is white, slightly textured, hand torn and thick, it has 145g/m². It is acid free, perfect for writing and sketching in any media, even watercolor. In case you want to use this as a photo album, the paper is chlorine-free so your photos will be safe from aging inside it.

The end pages are made of colorful marbled paper. The headbands are hand sewn from brown and black threads.

This binding was made in two copies with slightly different design, so please note when you purchase it, that small differences can exist between the photos and the binding you will receive. Nevertheless both copies are equally beautiful!
