Do you ship internationally?
Yes we currently ship to most countries in the world, if your country is not on the list please contact us prior to your order so we can add it to our shipping destinations.
How much shipping costs?
Shipping cost depends on the weight of the product(s) you are purchasing. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed to you during checkout. Generally the rates are:
Europe:
Up to 1 kilo: €4-10 eur (around $4.5-11 usd)
Up to 2 kilos: €15.50 eur (around $ 17 usd)
US, Canada, Australia and everywhere else:
Up to 1 kilo: €6-17 (around $ 6.5-18.5 usd)
Up to 2 kilos: €25 (around $ 27 usd)
How soon will my order ship?
I make an effort to keep most of the books in stock, and those items will ship usually the next day after your order is placed. Some books with lock are made to order and may take up to 5-7 working days to ship. See the item description for specific processing times.
How will my order ship?
All orders are shipped with registered priority mail, which has a tracking number and requires signature. While most of the countries allow online tracking for the item, not every website has available this feature for international registered mail. This depends solely on the PO service of your country of origin. Shipping usually takes around 7 working days to EU countries and around 10 working days to US, Canada, Australia and everywhere else in the world.
RETURNS
If your item arrives damaged or by some reason you are not pleased with it, you are eligible for a full refund once you let me know about it and ship the item back to me within 14 days from its receipt. Once the product has been returned to me, a refund will be issued for its cost. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility.

Please consider that leather bindings are valuable items that can get damaged during transportation thus packiging with bubble wrap or other protective materials is adviced.
